Arch team members uphold the highest of standards when it comes to all things beauty, including client experience and shopping and providing excellence in our services. The Arch team maintains an in depth base of knowledge when it comes to the fundamentals of beauty and luxury ingredients of our skincare, haircare, cosmetics, home, body and fragrance.

Our team members work together supporting creativity, empowerment and education with each and every guest as well as other team members, embodying Arch’s concept and inclusion of everyone no matter race, sexual orientation, gender orientation, religion or the color of their skin. Aestheticians

Aestheticians perform brow and facial waxing, full makeup applications, lash and brow tinting, facial services including Dermaplaning and Hydrojelly Masks and eyelash application. Aestheticians ensure that all clients receive consistent quality of service no matter who’s chair they’re in.

Stylists

Arch stylists perform blowouts, updos, braids and buns ensuring that all clients are receiving the same service no matter who’s chair they’re in. Stylists are also responsible for sales, assisting clients in customizing, choosing and applying cosmetics, skin care, hair product and home/body to their very best ability, always having the client interests in mind.

Sales Associates / Makeup Artists

All sales associates perform at an expert level applying, customizing and choosing product for each client including makeup, skin care, hair product and home/body as laid out during training ensuring that all clients are receiving a consistent quality of service. Skills in multitasking, attention to detail, and client relations are essential to excelling in this position.

Receptionists

Arch Receptionists are highly valued as team members of Arch and are responsible for cheerily greeting everyone as they walk in, supporting our stylists, aestheticians, makeup artists and sales associates while enhancing overall client experience and to ensure that all clients are receiving the same level of excitement and attention. Receptionists oversee the checkout area, so being knowledgeable about the range of services and products that we offer as well as having exceptional verbal communication skills is essential.

Freelance

Arch freelancers are hired for both in-store and on-location services to help with weddings and events and filling in when the store manager schedules them for a shift. Freelancers are always welcome to request work, but set hours cannot be guaranteed for the freelancers. Arch will always try to give the freelancer notice for weddings or events, but in the case of an emergency, freelancers should be counted on to take last minute work if and when possible.
